NABU, SAPO enhance cooperation with Come Back Alive Foundation
NABU and SAPO, together with the Come Back Alive Foundation, are joining forces to enhance the state's defense capabilities and strengthen integrity in the security sector. These intentions are formalized in a Memorandum of Strategic Partnership signed by NABU Director Semen Kryvonos, SAPO Head Oleksandr Klymenko, and the Foundation's Director Taras Chmut.
NABU and SAPO will conduct an analysis of corruption risks in the security and defense sector. Within the partnership, the Foundation will provide systematized data on procurement, particularly on the types and costs of equipment and other goods. This will facilitate analytical comparisons of market prices, detection of possible deviations, and timely response to potential violations of legislation.
The fight against corruption in the security and defense sector is one of the priority areas for NABU and SAPO, especially amid the armed aggression against Ukraine.
