The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, the National Agency on Corruption Prevention, and anti-corruption and law enforcement authorities of Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.

The document establishes a permanent regional platform for practical and prompt cooperation aimed at preventing misuse of EU funds and national resources allocated for Ukraine’s recovery.

Key areas of cooperation include:

  • exchange of operational information and risk indicators related to public procurement, grants, and subsidies;
  • regular coordination meetings of detectives, analysts, and liaison officers;
  • development of joint investigation methodologies and strengthening transparency systems.

The platform will operate in close coordination with the European Public Prosecutor's Office (EPPO) and the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF). The Central Anti-Corruption Bureau of Poland has joined the initiative as an observer.

The Memorandum provides for the possibility of additional participants joining the platform.
